Bowser Construction Group was founded in 2016 by David Rooh in Cumming, Georgia. The idea was simple: build a general contractor that earns trust through the work, not the sales pitch.
We started in residential. Custom homes, renovations, finish carpentry. The kind of work where every detail matters because the homeowner is standing right there watching. That standard carried into every sector we have added since. Commercial build-outs for restaurants and medical offices. Multifamily developments ranging from 17 to over 400 units. Industrial facilities with tilt-up concrete and structural steel. Today we are a licensed general contractor in Georgia (License RLCO005106) operating across five construction sectors, with Florida CGC licensing pending.
We did not grow by chasing volume. We grew because clients kept coming back.

David Rooh
David started in project management: coordinating trades, managing budgets, solving problems before they cost the client money. He learned construction on job sites next to people who had been doing it for decades. Foundation work. Finish carpentry. The business side that keeps a company running.
His credentials: Georgia License RLCO005106. OSHA 30 certified (January 2024). GSWCC Level IA certified (Certificate 0000104985). NASCLA exam passed. 2026 Evergreen Award winner, Best Commercial Construction Company, North Metro Atlanta. SAM.gov registered for federal contracting.
